This high-speed, high-volume printer is the workhorse for printing on a wide range of materials including continuous media wound on rolls or fanfolded and those materials, which are usually difficult to print including thick cable tags, high temperature electronic labels and many more.

The thin film precision head is optimised for very small to very large labels, as small as 6mm with high accuracy and ultra-sharp precision. The i7100 prints up to 7,000 labels a day with print speeds of up to 29.7cms per second.

• Wide range of materials.The i7100 enables you to confidently print on the widest range of materials. Even those that are usually considered ‘difficult-to-print’ such as thick cable tags, high-temperature labels for electronics, heat-shrink sleeves and push button materials.
• Precision Printing. The i7100 can reliably print on very small and very large labels with high-accuracy, ultra-sharp results and centre alignment. Labels as small as 6mm with very small text are no problem.
• High Performance. The high-speed processor, extremely durable componentry combined with a solid cast frame make the i7100 a true workhorse, capable of printing up to 7,000 labels per day.
• Easy to Operate. As you would expect from a Brady Printer, the i7100 is easy to operator. Printer settings can be adjusted easily thanks to the ultra-intuitive touch screen which displays icons to simplify operation.

• Reduced Wear on Print Heads. The availability of rollers in variable widths and the capability to change out the rollers quickly, ensure smooth running and improves the life of the print head to reduce your operating costs.
• Range of Connectivity Options. A variety of ports and optional I/O connections enables the i7100 to be operated from your choice of foot pedal, sensor, programmable controller or basic device. Options include SD memory card, USB, Ethernet, RS232C interface, I/O interface (optional on some models) and 9 pin periphery connection.
